Who we are
Night Warden is run by Kylian Bos, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42028557. He is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions go to hello@getnightwarden.com.
This website
Fonts and images are served from our own server. Nothing is loaded from other companies and no cookies are set until you accept them in the cookie banner.
Analytics and advertising
If you accept, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see how visitors find and use this site and which of our ads lead to an early-access request. Google then sets cookies (_ga, and _gcl when you arrive through an ad) that last up to 13 months. Google Analytics does not store your IP address; we keep its data for 14 months. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, none of this loads. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Server logs
Our web server records the IP address, time, requested page and browser of each visit. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and they are deleted after a short period.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you and to arrange early access. We do not share them and do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at hello@getnightwarden.com.
